Local women are invited to interact with others and learn about women’s health issues at a free Ladies’ Night Out program sponsored by Marshfield Clinic on Tuesday, May 25, 2010, at the Weston Regional Medical Center campus.
Ines Carrasquillo, M.D., Marshfield Clinic Plastic Surgeon will present, “Plastic Surgery: Real Answers to Your Important Questions.”
Carrasquillo will discuss who, what, when, where, why and how for a range of topics and plastic surgery procedures, both cosmetic and reconstructive including Botox and fillers. “Plastic Surgery is about looking and feeling your best with confidence,” said Carrasquillo. She will explain how this is achieved.
Social time for the event begins at 6:30 p.m., with the education program from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. The Weston Regional Medical Center is off Highway X and Weston Avenue. Take Cranberry Boulevard to parking lot 3; enter through door No. 3 for the program.
Ladies’ Night Out is the fourth Tuesday night every month and has a dual purpose, said Dr. Ellen Schumann, Medical Director of Women’s Wellness at Marshfield Clinic.
“The prevention and education component increases women’s knowledge base, giving them support in areas they’ve told us they struggle. It’s also an opportunity to socialize and meet women with similar interests or issues.”
There is no charge for the program, but pre-registration is requested. To register, please call 715-393-2345.
